"Reaching out"

In the realm of clay,  I discovered a medium so pliable that it dared to be pinched into intricate shapes, delicate enough to capture the very essence of skin's texture. Through the medium of ultralight clay, I dared to positioned myself at the epicenter of myriad social interactions, branching out to examine my relationships with friends, family, and mentors. These relationships, both distant and intimate, became fertile ground for creative collaboration. Placing different colors of clay before them, I invited them to choose a piece and sculpt a topiary with a part of their own body.

Through these intimate encounters, a web of relationships emerged, each topography a testament to the interconnectedness centered around my being. As the clay breathed life into the features of those nearest and dearest, a silent dialogue unfolded, transcending the tangible materiality into a realm where the softness of clay echoed the tender bonds that unite us all.
